3D Modelling and BIM

Phronis provides multidiscipline 3D modelling and Building Information Modelling (BIM) services as well as 2D drafting and detailing services including:

Extensive 2D and 3D engineering drafting resources across industry standard CAD software, including AutoCAD, 12d model, Civil 3D, Plant 3D, Inventor, Navisworks, and REVIT
Digital engineering, including BIM delivery and BIM Management (Building Information Modelling), model federation and clash detection
Experience with using Helios 3D and PV Case for PV modelling, electrical, civil and structural design

Digital engineering, including BIM management (Building Information Modelling)
Plant/infrastructure layout
Piping and Process
Mechanical, (equipment and materials handling)
Structural steel and reinforced concrete; and
Civil earthworks, dams, drainage, and roads / pavement.

Additionally, the team has experience in model visualisations (animations and fly throughs).

West Camden Water Recycling Plant – Stage 3

Phronis provided Mechanical Engineering and design/drafting services for a number of work lots required for the facility upgrade. This team worked with the client stakeholders and requirements to develop the project from tender design phase through to IFC drawing issue.

Phronis executed the following with regards to the works including:

Develop site layout design, plant layout and equipment layouts
Review design specifications
Generate equipment and instrument lists/datasheets
Complete materials of construction assessments (CS, SS, ductile
iron, PVC, HDPE, ABS, etc)
Complete line sizing, pump sizing, hydraulic profile, and weir
calculations
Complete equipment and instrument selection assessment
Manage 3D model design reviews
Attend CHAIR meetings
Develop 30%, 60% & IFC 2D drawing packages.
