Craig is a RPEQ qualified Civil Engineer with almost 30 years of multi varied experience in engineering design, project & construction management in water and wastewater, roads and transport, mining, quarries, open spaces and urban development.

He is an experienced program manager/team leader in policy, master planning and construction projects for local, state, and national authorities. He is particularly knowledgeable in network master planning and policy guideline preparation, mining non-process infrastructure, traffic operations and management, and water engineering.

An enthusiastic executive with 35 years’ experience in leading major organisations through significant change in the heavy manufacturing sector. Extensive experience, both nationally and internationally, within the heavy chemicals, mining, agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, and shipping sectors.

Extensive experience in operating ammonia manufacturing facilities, flare for debottlenecking assets to achieve over nameplate capacity and reliability. Introduction of new facilities into existing organisational structures and systems, and lead several major ammonia facility turnarounds.

Multi-disciplinary projects – conception through to design, construction, commissioning and handover. Project start up, project execution, design management.
Team work – multi-disciplinary teams, builds teams with operations and maintenance, designers and constructors.

Ian is a project manager and design manager with experience gained in a range of industry sectors and project types. Including capital projects in infrastructure, manufacturing, sustainability and R&D. Delivered through alliance, EPC, PPP and D&C project types. He works closely with business management, project managers and technical teams to guide and support projects from identification of need through to definition, set up, delivery, commissioning and handover.

With an Honours Degree in Engineering – Aerospace, Electrical and Computer and Software Systems, Jaiden is an Electrical Engineer, skilled in Project Engineering and in the procurement and deployment of control software for DC power delivery systems.

Highly experienced in design, construction, project controls and procurement across the mining and gas industries has a unique insight into project execution.

Lionel is an electrical engineer with extensive experience in the design, commissioning and operation of a wide variety of electricity generation and industrial power and control systems.

His key strength is in understanding the technical and commercial imperatives of all phases of power system development, from initial feasibility studies through to design, construction and operation.

She has a strong background in robotics automation, business improvement & governance strategies realised in her time working for Deloitte & other small business advisory firms.
